Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia is a professional medical organization committed to the healing mission of Medicine. CCP specializes in providing comprehensive cardiology care and currently has over 40 locations throughout the Philadelphia area.
Please note this position will require traveling to all CCP locations.
Responsibilities:
- Travel required to all CCP offices as needed
- Ensure adherence to MA workflows and policies across all CCP offices
- Re-train staff when needed to comply with workflows
- Work with Office Managers to create training plans when staff fail audits
- Create new workflows for MA
- Create and execute rollout plans for new MA workflows
- Onboard new MA staff
- Work with CCP trainers to train new MA staff, including presence at centralized training sessions and in-office training.
- Assist Office Managers in hiring MA
- Work with Office Managers to maintain proper staffing levels at all offices. Which may include coordinating PTO coverage between offices.
- Provide a leadership presence to Med Techs, MA, and Lead MA.
Requirements:
- Must be an experienced certified MA, LPN or RN.
- Must be familiar with various cardiology related procedures such as: stress tests, managing Coumadin therapy, Holter monitors, etc.
- Must have the ability to multitask
- Computer knowledge is a must
- Experience with an EMR system is a plus
- Must be well spoken, friendly, and outgoing
