Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia is a professional medical organization committed to the healing mission of Medicine. CCP specializes in providing comprehensive cardiology care and currently has over 40 locations throughout the Philadelphia area. We are currently hiring for a full time Site Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the day to day operations at the office
- Responsible for the daily copay reconcile report and petty cash report
- Maintain the office schedule including open availability for testing, rescheduling patients when needed and creating missed visit letters
- Manage denials and fix all billing errors
- Ensuring office procedures are being followed such as notifying the answering service, ordering supplies and Admin Holds/In Processes reports
- Verify, adjust, and correct bills to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in a medical office setting, preferably in Cardiology
- Must have knowledge of different insurances, as well as coding and compliance
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Must have the ability to multitask
- Computer knowledge is a must
- Experience with an EMR system is a plus
- Must be well spoken, friendly, and outgoing
